I Don'T Want Your Soaked Sponge On a Spear
I Don’t Want Your Soaked Sponge On A Spear
You showed promise at your place of employment
So they presented you with a promotion
You are so proud to be in a position of power
Not to mention the paid vacation
And presidential parking spot
That was part of the package
You prance around portraying a person
Who is important
Putting yourself on a pedestal
Pretending to be a pal to your employees
Now you want to provide me with an opportunity
To be oppressed by you pride
To be your apprentice…
STOP!
I don’t want your soaked sponge on a spear
To many times I have told you about your tyranny
Your advertisings of torture to the truehearted
You taunt me as I sit at the table to study
My Father’s teachings
Telling lies with your twisted tongue
You talk untruths
About your pathetic moments on earth
You toy with tedious thoughts
Constantly plotting against the unsuspecting;
Using tricks to terrify them
There will be a time when death visits you
And your commitment to hate will come to light
Until then take back your soaked sponge on a spear
I am disgusted with your demeanor
Your disregard for mankind
You do devilish deeds
Disrespecting good guidance
Instead you disappoint God
With your destructive ideas
You deserve hell
There will be a day when you are denied admission
Through the doors of Heaven
And despite all you pleading
You’ll be told to keep your soaked sponge on a spear
Use it to douse out the flames
While you dance with the devil
Beneath the dirt
Deep down
In the depths of darkness
