I Don'T Know How

I don't know how Vs 1 I still can't believe it, that you would walk out the door... Doesn't do me any good, I got to pick myself off of the floor Pre chorus Now just how am I supposed to carry on? I just can't accept that you're gone! Chorus You tell me... to forget, to live life ...without regret, So, I'll give it a try, but, I don't know how... You tell me ...not to care, I wish I didn't... I swear So I'll give it a try, but, I don't know how... You say to give up on us, to give up on our love, So, I'll give it a try, but, I don't know how... Vs 2 How could you just leave me, I thought everything was fine... I guess I should have known, but, I didn't want to read the signs... Pre chorus Now just how am I supposed to carry on? Thanks Rick, yeah it's just a song, although maybe drawing from feelings from 30 years ago, but happily remarried now 25 years so all is good!

This was heart wrenching for so many have lived through it! One must keep their head up and let the pain slowly melt away but as the saying goes" never let them see you sweat" did that make sense! Lol but a wonderful song John I will be awaiting the release!;)

how can you give it a try, when the other person just wants to run away.. sadly, no matter how hard we try sometimes, we cant save a relationship... a sad song...

Yes SO that's true, but in this case he's going to try to live without her, but he doesn't know how, he's going to try not loving her but he doesn't know how, he's not trying to save it...she's gone. Thanks for your kind visit and comment!
