I Do Not Understand Your Mind

I do not understand your mind But I have one too Maybe someday you will find What it’s like living with you I cannot read your thoughts and fears But heck, I’ve got em’ too Maybe someday you’ll see the tears That have only been shed for you I have no desire to know your heart Until you see me too And when you see the rolling death cart You’ll find the dead body’s you I will not understand your death Because I’m dying too Maybe someday in another life We’ll all go looking for you Push the cart away, my friend And see me eye to eye And there you’ll find a needle to mend The tears when I die

I felt the sadness of soul. I hope you find yourself revolving and mending your brokenness.

Laura, this is very sad. I, however, also adore its composition. It's like a defiant stance you take against somebody making you feel unimportant.
