I Do Not Understand Why My Mom Eats Spiders

I BEG OF THEE TO SEE THE SEA

I beg of thee do not grieve
Although I must take my leave
Watch my ship as it sails away
And this is all I have to say

I say smile when you think of me
Although my ship is facing an angry sea
When visions of my smile come to mind
Remember it was pure love ours defined

You may say a prayer heard by but a few
And search each land for someone new
Pray for me if you must my sweet
For this is how a loser finds defeat

I’ve lost my way, I’ve gone off course
And called the bluff of an ocean’s force
There may be times you’ll forget my name
But fret not, my dear, ‘tis the ocean I blame

So I, as captain, take to the helm
But never shall I rule this realm
And now my hull is beginning to rot
Alas, I should never have taken that last heroin shot
