Notes About The Poem

the boom shattering my windows is when your freedom stop and mine start and let us see who's going to win

I Do Not Sing Your Tune Stranger

silence silence not a word for me but a state of mind
eyes opened and ears listening I like the silence
of birds chirping and frogs croaking or was it geese
the busses passing my street I do not mind or children screaming joy
I enjoy but the damned music not of my choosing blasting your ego
thinking I want to share you are mistaken
