I Did Try Once - But Shall We Try Again
I Tried Once to Write A Letter
My intention was to make it all better
What a waste of time that was
Because, well just because
I couldn’t change what you said
Or what was in your head
You therefore couldn’t change my mind
Or to even find some time
When we could maybe work it out
And not always to have to shout
Never mind we will agree
To never ever agree
Unless we find the space and time
To give it another try
