I Confronted the Mirror Again Today

I confronted the mirror again today
And could not tell
Which like words would vanish away
I know this all well
Whatsoever cannot remain is not real
Since my first pain
Nothing is different how I feel
                    Ii
Every time I step into the light
I see shadows all around
My days are traced by hunts of night
My uprightness fallen down
My existence traced before my eyes
My worth misunderstood
I am immaterial, the sense is lies
Its ageless and neither bad nor good.

I am writing to you after a very long time dear friend David. After 2010 which is more than a decade. I am extremely sorry for such a long long delay. I wanted to see you and your poems but after 2014 you have not posted anything df. I pray and hope for your good health. With love and best wishes for you whereever you may be...with thanks for your kind and precious words on my fathers poem of 2010......Good bye...Ravindra

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
