I Cant Hold It Together

It’s haunting and taunting The hours are daunting I stare at the clock Just wishing, wanting For what, I don’t know This sadness to go Or just some relief To be a little less low My skin is crawling Anxiety, sprawling I’m trapped in my head For help, I’m calling Others get better After bouts of bad weather But I’m always in pain Can’t hold it together

You're already showing the strength you have to hold it together Your composed of the same ability as everyone else to deal with bad weather Your ability to share feelings, emotions, thoughts is your tether As you read this reply, in those few moments I hope your burden is light as a feather Warmest regards A.
