I Can'T Feel It
There was once a light
it could see every nook and cranny
of an inner soul
sensing how their candle went out
and would light theirs again
as if they were the sun
time blew the fire away
and now
darkness is the new light
nothing can be felt
not a single shred of hope
so the wick was severed
and it will never set light again forever
