I Cannot Sign This

He said Excuse me Mrs. Kay, I cannot sign this pledge. It is Red Ribbon Week at School. Counselors all over the world are speaking of the dangers of alcohol and other drugs, especially if you use them too liberally. The pledge is to not use drugs or alcohol when you grow up.
