I Cannot Act
He killed my father
and inherited my mother
he took father’s property
I cannot act in any way
I am a mere child, helpless
his orders I obey for now
In his hands mother suffers
this annoying man is evil
I pray I grow with the winds
Let him enjoy his loot now
he can cut the hay as it shines
when his sun sets I will act
I hear my father’s ghost crying
he visits me in dreams regularly
to smoke into my nose courage
