I Can Transcend Anything

Life is quite a challenging adventure; like a box of 64 Crayola’s, every color brings a new way of seeing to this spectrum. The biggest year challenge for me was 2020; I learned to take time for introspection and observance of the world around me; I listened to nature’s call and she taught me to see with my spirit; to taste the nectar of energy around me; to hear the music of the foliage. My challenges were met with reflection, moments composed of aloneness without really being alone. My cat and I together heard the words of the trees, flowers and our souls; one with nature, with the universe. I learned to take time to play because though it might be limited, there was still time. Alterations made to my lifestyle were simply an opportunity to reexamine myself, this realm. I learned there were other ways to touch base with folks; man’s ingenuity always finds a way to connect, but in connecting with the world around me in an introspective way, allowed me to truly see with spirit; that life does continue and that when we listen and observe all around us; we survive and transcend difficulties.
