I Can Tell You

I can tell you...
I can tell you about my day
I can tell you all that makes me happy and what has made me sad
I can tell you what I'm excited about or what made me angry
I can tell you what I wish for
I can tell you my dreams and darkest desires
I can tell you all these things
But I can't tell you....
I can't tell you how I think of you quite often
I can't tell you how seeing your smile lights up my day
I can't tell you how I wish you would hold me in your arms
I can't tell you I wish we were together
I can't tell you how much I love you.
