I Am Writing Away

I am writing away,                                                                                           
writing rhymes and free verses all day.                                                            
Getting better and better,                                                                                                                                     
with the stroke of each letter.                                                                     
As a poet I have now become,                                                                                                                                
I will be known as a short writer's drum.                                                                                    
Drumming out words of joy,                                                                                                                       
and having all kinds of fun with my new toy.                                                 
Will I ever learn this crazy computer,                                                                                    
I hope I will not need a tutor.
