Notes About The Poem

For Unseeking Seeker's Contest " I Am That I Am". Dated August 28, 2026.

I Am That I Am

Line of inquiry:
“a heartbeat pulsating as living light
free from each and every limitation
I Am that dwelling in unbound delight
the source wherefrom arises creation”

In the dark opaque night,
across the stupefied space of solidified solitude,
enfolding the languid landscape of existence,
bereft of the beguiled spirit in indolent life,
my forsaken journey’s pathway meanders
in the dismal labyrinth of languishing agony.

As the overcast bleak sky crashes down,
I collect from the debris of hope
the limitless fortitude in dreary darkness,
pray for the solacing sun to rise with promise
in the obscure crypt of the hazy horizon,
illumine my ebony essence.

I travel then liberated
from the gloomy abyss of anguish
on the inward blessed journey of acuity
through the righteous layers of consciousness,
perceive the spirit of the devout soul
in the radiance of the divine beacon,
lighting up the screen of my life
with glint of unbound delight.

In my self-searching spiritual odyssey
toward the edge of the enlightened eternity,
I perceive the glow of the inner galaxy,
created by the dweller of my heart,
turning me into a living light.

The cosmic creator of the resonant divine silence
transcending the limits of time and space,
makes my awakened soul proclaim
the divine decree, I am He.
