I Am So Thirsty
I am so thirsty!
How long, I have waited for you ...
you are the storm
the deluge
the massive in-flow
the flood
filling every tiny crack of my soul
drenching my parched, bruised heart
drowning my senses
laying waste to my fears
crashing
thundering
pouring
through the dams
the canyons
of my mind
an irrisistable
undeniable force
point, counterpoint
breaking through my defenses
ripping apart my walls.
I speak
You speak
Fears dissolve
I hear you
I feel you
I need you
I am so thirsty for you!
