I Am Poem

I am hard and hearty I wonder about man’s destiny I hear the muse inspiring sigh I see floating angels in the sky I want to speak loud my heart I am hard and hearty. I pretend I am a queen I feel charmed in an angelic scene I touch the star’s twinkling face I worry about the dark side of human race I cry for the aches in every single heart I am hard and hearty. I understand man’s craving for life with meaning I say living is giving I dream of sharing the light and beauty of mankind I try to make sense of every single say I hope wings of soul soar high day after day I am hard and hearty I am Poem.

Inspirational and worth the read. Glad you did not try and make it too long. Perfect length for this poem and also flows very well. It can be tricky making a poem right length for reader to get full grasp of what poet is saying. Excellent. Best regards David in NZ

You have written this poem really beautifully, although your title suggest that you are describing a poem but the same description can also be used for a person, what s better than a humble person full of emotions and think of others, anyway poem also does the same, some poems are written so beautifully that we can imagine the things happening infront of us, they give us different lessons, a very nice poem this is
