I Am Not the Man

I am not the man Who is rich. I am not the man Who is selfish. I am not the man Who is powerful. I am not the man Who is coward. I am not the man Who is high-educated. I am not the man Who is corrupted. I am not the man Who is religious. I am not the man Who is liar. I am not the man Who is intellectual. I am not the man Who is stupid. I am an ordinary human beings Who lives in the world. (The poem is dedicated to my favorite poet TIM SMITH.) SANDIP GOSWAMI, INDIA

What a nice tribute to Tim. I wrote a poem "A different kind of man" I think you would appreciate it. It seems we have similar taste in favorite poets.

I am a humam being too Sandip..Selfishness,power,rich and corrupted to go together at times.Intellectuality and high education goes with the rich too,and lies go with corruption.Religion is good but intil it brainwashes our minds..if it goes beyond that point,it could be bad too.Definitely not a coward and nor stupid, but so very clever. An excellent poem.Re Tim,great tribute to a humble talenlted poet.
