I Am Not Ready Yet

On my way to start a new chapter but I am not ready yet
as we drive the tears come harder 
I am on a train that keeps getting faster 

Off to university to be in a box room alone 
off to place I do not know
all I want to do is to go home 

The quick sand won't let me go 
I am stuck under ice with a courant 
I am following the status quo
