I Am Not Me
When oceans adopt calmness
I will sail toward you
Because without you
I am not me
Garden without flowers and shades is me
Day born out of miseries of the night
Making all things apparent
But love is concealed in my heart
and your saying,goodbye
Lips without smile and words are me
Sparrows singing songs out of joy
Creating bliss in chaos
Trees without leaves and twigs are me
Dawn chasing dusk and dusk chasing dawn
Building time anew
Clouds without rain,thunder and lightening are me
Roar of wind taking everything in grip of fear
and doors of peace canvassed over
Desert without rain and water is me
Strokes of brush on canvas
and charisma of a popular artist
Sky without moon and stars is me
Melting of snow on mountains
filling streams and frogs croaking
Sun without light and heat is me
The ghazal of a poet narrated so eloquently
and my grief taking me to you
Grains,dust,mist and fog are me
