I Am Me

i know that im not pretty 
i know that its not fair
i know that im not smart 
not everybody is
i know that im not funny
i know you wish i were 
i know i dont fit in with the crowd
i sometimes wish i did
but i am me 
and thats who ill always be 
i can change what i am on the outside 
but inside ill be the same 
i dont care if you think im annoying 
and i dont care if you think im lame 
i am me 
theres noone else i can be 
now you can try and change me 
but im sure you wont suceed
becase i dont want to change
and i dont see the need
im happy with who i am 
so its who im gunna be 
i am happy being me
