I Am Here

I am here waiting for you but you never come

I am listening to hear you but you never make a sound

I am here wanting to hold you but you never reach out to grab me

I am standing here to comfort you but you walk farther away as if I'm a stranger

I am here to love you but you never want love you just want a friendship

I am still standing here but do you ever see me or am I just invisible

I call your name but you never seem to hear me

What is my purpose for being here for you?
