I Am From

I am from the mountains
(The bumps in the road)
I am from the forest
(The grass nobody mowed)

I am from the ocean
(Puddles left by the rain)
I am from the desert
(Dust stirred up by a train)

I am from the valleys
(The cracks in a seed)
I am from Indiana
(A flat, flat land indeed)

Thanks. This poem actually didn't turn out how I had imagined it would, but in a way it's better.

It took a while to get the words right, but it was fun creating this poem. Thanks.
