I Am Empath
I am empath
Both blessing and curse
I feel things
Coming straight from the heart
I hear things
You need not speak a word
I walk into a room
I pick up on all the chatter
Whether it happened right now or before
It really doesn't matter
Like soundwaves of energy
Bouncing around in space
I absorb everything
All pleasures, all the pains
Never knowing if the frequency
is my own or someone's else's
I play it by ear, feelings and reactions
Like I said before it's both blessing and curse
I feel everything
Whether it's mine
Or if it's yours
