I Am a Plain Jane
I am a plain Jane,
a non-descriptive woman
who lives on Dreary Lane,
my world revolves around
my kitty called Pretty who
was adopted from the lost and found,
I dream of being a beauty queen,
flashing a smile for everyone,
perfect teeth for all to be seen
by the crowd who admires my beauty
as I snuggle my darling kitty,
purring so soft and being a cutey,
who is the one and only Pretty,
outside I hear the garbage truck,
waking me up suddenly from my dream,
realizing that my bubble burst what bad luck,
I am still a plain Jane as I roll the can away,
