I Am A Grain Of Sand

I am a grain of sand,
and here for a purpose,
that purpose is to grow into a mountain,
with all the gifts, talent, abilities
and great potential
locked within.
As one writer has said
“To see a world in a grain
of sand and a heaven in a
wild flower, hold infinity in the palm
of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.”
The Psalmist has said,
"How precious are your
thoughts about me, O God.
They cannot be numbered!
I can't even count them;
they outnumber the grains of sand!”
When we are locked together,
great things will happen.
As God replied to Abraham,
“I will surely bless you
and make your descendants
as numerous as the stars
in the sky and as the sand on the seashore.”
God has said; "Call to Me,
and I will answer you,
and will tell you great
and hidden things that you
have not known…”
I am just one grain
of sand,
waiting to become a mountain
that I was meant to be.
