Hello Luke. I wrote this poem as a deep topic as i was growing up, I noticed that certain people wanted to change me, to the way the they were. So I wrote this poem for the people in my past. Only you can change yourself no one else can. Just be yourself. Have a nice day my friend.

A very deep topic, Darlene. How many of us are brave enough to ask that of ourselves? Happy to say I am very happy with the person I see in the mirror. Great write!!

Hello Lary, this poem just came natural to me. Once I started to write this poem I could not stop until the poem was done. I enjoyed writing this poem.
