I Am

I am beautiful,
I am being true to me,
I am treating me with love,
I am honouring me and giving to myself the time I deserve
I am able to say when I need to be alone,
I am able to retrospect and deal with issues 
that alert me to their presence
I am kind to me, as a result I can be kind to others
I am the love of my life
I am mindful of my health,
I am giving my body the nutrients it deserves,
I am always in awe of my beautiful mind
The creativity that bubbles forth
It gets me out of challenges in the most inspiring ways
I am in awe of the love that the universe bestows on me
That allows me to bless those that come to me with my words and deeds
I certainly can appreciate the I AM's, that 
I AM TO ME!!!!!
