I Adore You

I adore the way you make me feel
How you open every door
I adore the way you speak
So soft, so slow, so sweet

I adore the way you calm me down
Comfort me through my pain
I adore the way you think
So deep, so true, so concrete

I adore the way you bite your lip
When there’s something on your mind
I adore you my darling, for you are very kind
The happiness in the little things you find

And if you think how much I adore you
And what this love is all about
Here’s my written proof
So you wouldn’t be in doubt!
