I

I see, I see
I see through everything
that our grandfathers and grandmothers didn't,
I know im young, and im just twenty one
It feels like I have lived through out time,
From ancient to modern
My mind lingers in my existence
Asking questions and documenting everything.

I write, I write
I never stop,
from a slow learner to a brilliant writer
From a coward to a fighter
Fighting for words as I join the strokes
The serifs, kerning between the characters
and leading to the lines to justify,
showing hierarchy and I make sure it flows.

I learn, I learn
From the past to what I've learned last
I see, I write, I learn the facts
I write like an old man,
But i'm young!
My mind has been traveling throughout time
to the point of my very own existence
My mind is a time machine!
I can go anywhere in time,
I can even see the future
and yes its beautiful but I have to watch out
for the obstacles down the way.

I remember, I remember
From the beginning,
The past that ancient memory
I know everyone has that moment
OH the good, the bad
Oh yes I remember,
remembered what I've learned from the beginning,
That past which is trapped
That lions den, to that tired man
Yes you are in my mind
Oh! yes I remember
I remember what I've seen,
what I've wrote and what I've learned
Yes I remember!

Young as I am,
I'm an old man!
