Hypocrisy
I know a man
who worries about his life.
A man who has two children,
a house and a beautiful wife.
We hide our thoughts in laughter
as we have done all these years.
It’s only when we’re alone
we cry crocodile tears.
So if someone ever tells you
that you’re better off than him,
you had better start treading water
lest you be the next victim.
