Hypersensitive Imbecile
Ranting and raving
I'm always wrong to string you along
show you
how right you really are
I should stop
smell the daisies
nothings getting better
you will come to know
what grows between the rows
the life lessons we don't realise and learn
I am just a hypersensitive imbecile
wanting to vanish
wanting to dissapear
looking through these eyes
screaming all the time
and i just know everything
cause of being me
all the pain I've recieved
cast out of the starry skies to fall out of this romanticism
with no get well card
nothing should stay this way
everything needs to change
so call me what you will
sick your dog on me
and sit and stay
the chakras of your amazement
manic tears you can't comprehend
I'll choke down another antidote for what's wrong with me
for not being soo perfect
awake
aware
forgiven
upward sent
just like you
because you were granted a free ride through this life
where you become a god with the power to throw others away
soo preach
preach
rant and rave
lose your way
let me suck you down
quicksand
swamp
undertow
and sea
you're just like me
a hypersensitive Imbecile
only I know what's wrong
where Jesus died for your sins
I am different
where he knew the truth of the conspiracies among kings
he never told the truth of
runaways and seas that never split
someone whose not coming in this lifetime
you might as well choke on that
rasorblade headache reality
that I am the closest t hing you will see to a miracle
besides the birds and the bees
The one
that speaks of not understanding the world around me
are we the same?
do you think youre better than me
more humbled
more absolute
do you send egotistical morons to their night terrors too?
are you a hypersensitive Imbecile
hush all the Blue revolutionaries saying Jesus never wanted the world to change
I'm a scared child
with picket sign
I'm a crying fairytale
that never ends
I'm a wish organized into heavens
guiding ships to shore
different than you
bigotry and small mindedness keeps us apart
as i look for a soul mate
i know you've already fell from the secrets of love
learned nothing
know everything
what about being unsent
the one i have Uninvited
so why do you keep aiming for me
because youre just like me
sitting on the couch of a therapist in the back of your mind
youre a hypersensitive imbecile
