Hurry

Spring out of bed when the clock goes off.
No time to stretch...no time to cough.
Dart to your closet...sprint for your clothes,
your hurrying to get to a job you wouldn't have chose.
No time to shower...no time to eat,
your behind as it is and have deadlines to meet.
Work under pressure, go at full tilt,
your all over freshness is starting to wilt.
Grab a lunch and choke it down,
to keep you going another round.
Hour after hour, the day goes by,
you try to laugh, when you'd like to cry.
At long last the day draws to an end,
but tomorrow it will start all over again!
