in bounteous blooms where rapture and beauty meet in green parkland days a colorful blur gone past the edge of my sight sweet humming I hear but mellow sunshine seems to overpower all in the time of birds

Hello Darlene, I am sorry for the tardiness of my reply. I just saw this. To answer your question, I have copied and pasted the answer from the internet: Brightly-colored flowers that are tubular hold the most nectar, and are particularly attractive to hummingbirds. These include perennials such as bee balms, columbines, daylilies, and lupines; biennials such as foxgloves and hollyhocks; and many annuals, including cleomes, impatiens, and petunias.
