Hummingbird
Sitting here under a sky so blue .
Sitting here ,because I have nothing better to do.
The hummingbird pauses before my eyes
Looking me over then off he flies
Another bird lands well within my reach
What lessons is he trying to teach
,sings me his song
It didn't take that long
But ,nothing in the world felt wrong
All the birds singing
Even as they were winging
Music to my ear
Almost brought a tear
Looked out upon the land
As the wind joined the band
Just listen to nature's song
won't take that long
Joined with your heart beat
That rhythm joined becomes the treat
