Humility
Humility; is a gratitude that listens
for God's instructions,
purity that glistens crystal clear
It is a tear giving bended knee living homage,
to love's lessons about false pride
and selfish tides
that can carry the ego away into delusions- in thirst
on the seven seas of Life.
Rather it is a grounding-
stalwart defender of integrity,
an air tight vessel that keeps you from drowning.
It is a wisdom of patience that remains open,-
facing sincerity, eye to eye,
with gracious awareity.
It is a beautiful thing.
