Humble

Forever I’ve longed for this feeling
But got confused by the way that it felt
You cured me with your emotional healing
Your tender sweet words made me melt

Wishing to feel your touch
Or at least a slight breeze of your subtle lips
Words are not even enough
To express these feelings I cannot resist

Wanting to tell you how I feel
But my shy words run and hide
Knowing that your feelings are real
Mine still sit and waits on the inside

Sits and waits to be finally released
To tell you how much I really do care
With my trust I hope that you’re pleased
Don’t ever think that my love isn’t there

I had never tasted love before.
Well at least until the day I spoke your name
Every time your name caresses my lips
I think, “Oh, how sweet the taste”

I savored the delicate texture of your name on the edge of my lips, on the tip of my
tongue
I wait for the moment to inhale the heavenly aroma of your warm loving scent.

Be patient with me
Be gentle with my love
Take care of my heart
