Human Nature
Human nature--
Feelings, emotions and chemical intoxication.
Family, rebellion and strong motivation.
War, love and futile attractions.
This is human nature with self affliction.
Hopes, dreams and aspirations.
Heart made of love without desperation.
Feeling the pressure pounding you forever,
Yet your heart remains exploding with care and affection.
Don't misunderstand the hidden saint in your reflection.
For, this is human nature with self preservation.
