Human Lab Rat
A dose of a placebo
intended to deceive
the symptoms and your feelings
are just what you perceive.
This game of med deception
unwittingly you play
no change in your condition
that's just the price you pay.
Sometime in the future
they gather all the stats
perhaps a cure resulting
thanks to all you rats.
