Where have you been?

Have you left me again?

I have been lonely in the crowd

I have been so quiet out loud


Hum hey uhh

Hum hey uhh

You belong in my arms of warm comfort

You were meant to go above the wet dirt

There are so many reasons we are together

Even when we part, we're that much closer

Hum hey uhh

Hum hey uhh

Help is on the way

Wait up till midday 

Glad you had a good day

Let’s dance merrily a-sway

Where are you? You?

You ran from my view

I have been shattered in pieces lately and I was in distress

I have been scattered on the floor like beads of uselessness

You were meant to go above the wet dirt

There are so many reasons we are together

Even when we part, we're that much closer

How do you hold on to such beautiful radiance?

How come you didn’t rescue me from decadence?

We should be dancing around the fire and let's count the stars

We could be an unforgettable memory of healing-grace scars

How come you didn’t gaze into my eyes of wonder?

How do you keep on wearing your priceless jacket of fur?

We should be hunting down deer before dazzling daylight

From dawn to dusk, I would wipe away your tears of fright

We should be hunting down buffalo before marvelous midnight

From dawn to dusk, I would surely wipe away your tears tonight

I will hum hey uhh away your sadness

Hum hey uhh 

I will hum hey uhh in gladness madness
