Hugs and Barricades

I wiped a tear from my eye Didn't know I still could cry Thought I was too jaded My heart, near barricaded... Today I saw an Arab hug a Jew Enemies back in '72 Forgotten now, what caused their hate ~ We humans are all soul mates

A favorite Gershon. Love the Jewish people. Have many wonderful Jewish friends lawyers, Drs, and just good friends. One of my best friends Michael Kessler. H is almost as witty as you...

It's hard to see the common denominator through the fog and the haze of everyday existence, I guess. Thanks for the insight, Michelle.

I suspect neither do they remember, gw, and that's such a good thing. In fact, just thinking about it makes my heart sing!

Surprisingly, every soldier I know remembers... BUT, they're willing to forgive now, and that's what's so important. Thanks, Milt!

Indeed, there are no ‘others’, all souls are our brothers. Imagine a world as such, which is as is meant to be, which is as will be, when ignorance ends and the flame of love radiates from all hearts. Beautiful poem, gw, hope it’s widely read as POTD or POTW
