Harrisham Rhyme
Created by Harrisham Minhas, from Punjab, India.
It is a six line rhyming poem with the rhyme scheme: ababab In this form, the last letter of the first word of each line is the first letter of the first word of the next line.
Quarantined, you're stuck behind panes of glass,
depriving you of physical contact.
Goodbyes get exchanged like a fumbled pass,
sorta clumsy, putting on a brave act.
Ah, maw, we’ll visit you here on the grass
however long it takes, and that's a fact.
