It is a six line rhyming poem with the rhyme scheme: ababab In this form, the last letter of the first word of each line is the first letter of the first word of the next line. 

However Long It Takes

Quarantined, you're stuck behind panes of glass, depriving you of physical contact. Goodbyes get exchanged like a fumbled pass, sorta clumsy, putting on a brave act.
