How To Make a Painting

Life is a painting,
With each decision as a mark,
On the canvas of your life.

Where you are only as beautiful,
As you paint yourself.

And when it rains,
You better make sure,
Your paint has dried.

Because life changes to much,
To be undecided in your ways.

You will be washed away,
And gone with the wind,
So secure your hold.

Before you make your stroke,
Consider the color, and your brush.

The canvas was white,
Until you started deciding,
What colors you chose.

And the random colors are all
The turns and bumps along the way,

So choose your paints carefully,
And keep and a clean brush,
So your color won’t mix.

And always make sure to wash your hands
After you’re done with a layer.

The canvas is speckled with hope.
Your brushes are all in a line,
So begin, and make your product beautiful.
