To parents, there’s bad news to deliver
It makes the adolescent child shiver
“My dad is surely going to kill me
Unless some special trick I can see”
“You’re irresponsible!” he will say
“How can you do family this way!”
Son hit up on a wily scheme
It worked just like a dream
“Dad, my girlfriend’s in a family way”
Is what the teenager proceeded to say
In outage, the parent began to yell
About to give his son hottest hell
“Hey, that was nothing but a joke.
I failed my bio exam,” he spoke
With a huge sigh of relief
His Dad gave him no grief
