how still is our stillness
we are here now in silence
and as the now renews itself
silence engulfs silence in a mist
witnessed by gentle eye of our soul
simply by melding with omnipresence
neither negating nor clinging to anything
responding mindfully to all offered impulses
that boundaries blur between form and space
wherein the soothing caress of Holy Spirit is felt
at any random node within mind-body apparatus
and if desires, thoughts or memory imagery do arise
pristine presence simply slows down such movements
being an activity surfing between volition and cessation
recreating stillness between our sleeping and waking states
with our thinned out vaporised self entwining with the universe
resting therein for all time as our ever present default orientation
