How Many More
How many countries must be destroyed
how many cities laid waste
Our troops and our weapons do we deploy
sweet victory ours to taste
How many more children left to starve
their lives lived out in sorrow
How many more are left in the killing fields there
who never will know tomorrow
How many more will turn an unseeing eye
to the death and destruction we bring
How many will think of the voices lost
that never will be heard to sing
