How Is It

How is it you are with me?
I seem to have a picture here with me of you,
it is worn and creased.
Much of it is spotted by tears...
The face seems to change, the hair appears different at times.
I can see you through the dappled light of my mind.
Your eyes are smiling,
They seem to be looking at me.
I can hear you laughing and joy flows through me.
Your touch , like the soft summer breeze.

I don't know you,but I Know you.

And yet we walk hand in hand, ever so slowly.
Caressing and touching we walk along...
Our thoughts dance to the music of our understanding.
There are no words, just a melody...
And all that I know is you are with me,
as I am with you.
wherever you are...
