How Do I Love You

How do I thee .let me give you praise
How do I love thee,for your winsome ways;
In these eyes still my bride ,and still
Your wedding ring,I wear with pride;
These many years of marriage cheer
Two hearts as one,with love held dear;
Each others secrets to  confide,
Needs and desires to never hide;
Tribulations together bear
Witness,these love-lines we share;
How do you love me,this poem will chart
The unease we notice,if apart;
How do you love me,no words can convey
Your touch,your kiss,your gaze,thrill me each day.

A faithful love,will stay unique,leaning,
Mutually we ,in submission seek.

A wonderful write. Expresses a whole new side of you. Always fascinating Brian. Thank you for sharing. Always, Farah P.S. I have asked a poet and she told me to turn to you in this. Read my latest blog and you'll understand. Cheers.

This is a beautiful tribute to your wife, Brian. I think you should design your own Valentine's Day card and use this as the message inside. She will love it! Love, Carolyn

Indeed, such love is rare in these modern times. What a blessing, yes, but love such as this comes from commitment, kindness, and unselfishness. It is obvious the two of you have succeeded in life. Lovely words, Brian.

I think that Elizabeth was inspired from the "Bible" because there is a scripture that speaks of the same Height and breath my soul can reach. Excellent rendition of the poem that you have made your own. I know you wife will enjoy this one. Keep the creative pen flowing. Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my work. Sara
