How Do I Know?
How do I know what I want?
A country boy
A musician
or a G
I fall in love with the attention
but how do I know if it's for me?
The physical attraction is there
but it should be so much more
This is why I feel I'll be locked up in my barn forever
and not let anyone in
You understand life
and that's what I need
And you know me better
than I know myself
I'm told we should end it now
before we get too deep
And I'll still never know
if you're what I really need
I fall in love with an image
and the two never meet
Maybe I need to do the chasing?
It's a constant war I fight with myself
But isn't that what dating is?
