How Can You Tell

How can I explain,
When you put the tears in me?
How do I spell,
Words never spoken?

When do I know,
I have your ears for me?
Where can I hide,
When I want to scream out loud?

How can you say,
I have no time to spare?
How can you tell,
When you never once were there?

Have you known at all,
The thoughts that run in me?
Have you sat for a minute,
And have a talk with me?

How can you yell,
I'm a lost lousy weapon?
How can you look at my eyes,
And blame it all on me?

I have a piece of you,
And I've always had it.
So can you still tell,
Who is it you see?
